Mozzarella Parmesan Balls on Caldo Verde



Drain the mini mozzarella balls, grate Parmesan cheese and roll the mozzarella in it. Add the remaining grated Parmesan cheese to the soft butter. Eighth the ox heart or vine tomatoes and keep warm in the oven over low heat. Fry Caldo Verde with garlic slices in a pan until crispy. Center the tomatoes on a plate, spread the Caldo Verde on top and arrange the balls on top. Brush fresh bread with Parmesan butter and serve.
