Lemon salad



Halve the lemon and cut it into very thin slices with a large, sharp knife. Place the sliced lemons in a salad bowl with a high rim. Add a little olive oil and freshly squeezed orange juice, season with honey, salt and black pepper. Stir vigorously and refine with freshly cut herbs. The salad is perfect for serving after 2 hours of rest.

Ingredients: For 4-6 people

  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 100 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 4-6 tbsp honey depending on taste
  • black pepper
  • Fine salt according to taste
  • 50-100 ml olive oil
  • 2 large organic lemons with thick peel
